PHYSICAL THERAPY

PT Solutions

Our rehab/prehab therapy coaches will focus on injury prevention through stretching and soft tissue massage. When it comes to prehab routines during your pre-season training, coaches will incorporate sports-specific elements like strength training, regular stretching exercises and most importantly, sports-specific drills. The demand for each sport is different, so assessing your sports capability before the start of the pre-season is essential. The Prehab regime will be regularly reviewed and modified as one’s strength, flexibility and feedforward ability improve.

After an injury, our team will focus on rest and protecting the injury. The first step to rehabilitation lies in ensuring no further harm is caused, recovery of joint mobility and range of motion, recovery of muscle strength, recovery of coordination and recovery of sport-specific technical movements.

Peak Performance is a state in which the person performs to the maximum of their ability, characterized by subjective feelings of confidence, effortlessness and total concentration on the task. One of the tools to achieve Peak performance is BioFeedback. During biofeedback, you're connected to electrical sensors that help you receive information about your body, which will help you make subtle changes in your body, such as relaxing certain muscles, better focus, and ‘sync’ your body’s functions to find yourself in the ‘zone’.
